Michelle Bowditch is the CEO of The Australian Admin Awards and the multi-award-winning Tech Consultancy, Door 20A. As a former C-Suite Executive Assistant with over 15 years of experience in the public and private sectors, Michelle helps professionals understand how improper technology use can negatively impact a brand’s bottom line, efficiency, and true potential. Michelle believes that when it comes to educating entrepreneurs and executive teams on how to streamline workflows and experience peak performance, there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Through Door 20A, Michelle also runs a mentoring program, ‘Be YOU, Do YOU, Amaze YOU,’ that aims to unlock the potential of mentees by shifting limiting beliefs to advance their careers. Michelle established The Australian Admin Awards (The AAAs) in 2021 – the first-ever awards to formally recognise all administrative functions within all industries in Australia. Along with advocating for stronger representation and recognition within the profession, the awards have undertaken advocacy, events, training information and research projects. Michelle also sits on the Advisory Board for ‘Inspired by Women’ and is the Chair of Rise Community, empowering women through advisory services to achieve their aspirations and financial independence to align with these principles.
